The Hammond Group Executive Leadership Team has learned that Northeast Performer magazine published a review of the Group's debut CD, "Product Launch," way back in October 2007. A casual Internet search revealed the presence of the review this afternoon.
The Group is dismayed and chagrined having not noticed the review sooner, but also pleased that the review seems to be largely favorable, as it remarks on the Group's "twisted humor" and "self-awareness" and compares the band, albeit backhandedly, to The Minutemen (yeah!) and Talking Heads (er, I guess).
